At Absolute Property Service, we were appointed to carry out a large-scale renovation and redecoration project at a substantial Victorian property in Caversham, Berkshire.
The project involved improving and modernising multiple areas of the building while maintaining the character and elegance expected from a period property of this style.
Working on behalf of the Birch Tree Residents Association, we carefully planned and managed every stage of the renovation, ensuring all works were clearly discussed and agreed before starting on site. Our aim was to provide a smooth, transparent service while delivering high-quality workmanship across the entire property.
The project included extensive painting & decorating works throughout the building, alongside general property renovations, carpentry & joinery improvements, flooring updates, electrical services, plumbing & heating works, wall & floor tiling and a range of handyman and maintenance tasks required to restore and refresh communal and residential spaces.
Due to the age and scale of the Victorian property, attention to detail was essential throughout the renovation. We worked carefully to preserve original features where possible while improving the overall appearance, functionality and finish of the building. Every element of the work was carried out with consideration for both the property itself and the residents living within it.

We maintained regular contact with the residents association, ensuring all timelines, quotations, and expectations were clearly managed throughout the process.
