Absolute Property Service played a key role in delivering a range of refurbishment, repair, and building improvement works within the hotel. Throughout the project, their team demonstrated a high level of professionalism, technical expertise, and a clear understanding of the operational sensitivities of working within a live luxury hospitality environment.
Their engineers and tradespeople worked collaboratively with our internal departments, ensuring that disruption to guests and daily operations was kept to an absolute minimum.
Given the nature of renovation works in a large heritage property, several unforeseen issues arose. APS responded to these quickly and effectively, offering practical and well-considered solutions while maintaining the programme and cost parameters. Their ability to adapt and remain proactive was a key factor in the smooth delivery of the works. The quality of their workmanship and their commitment to meeting our expectations have been evident throughout.
